Mushroom Tacos with SkinnySalsa



Recipe:


  • Heat tomatoes, peppers, garlic and onion on the pan for 15 minutes

  • Blend the heated mixture until smooth in a blender

  • Heat mushrooms on the pan and mix in the tomato/pepper sauce from the blender

  • Heat your tortillas on the stove

  • Top with the mushroom tomato mixture from the pan

  • Add chopped onions, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime

  • Top with a spoonful of our SkinnySalsa, enjoy!
