Recipe:
Heat tomatoes, peppers, garlic and onion on the pan for 15 minutes
Blend the heated mixture until smooth in a blender
Heat mushrooms on the pan and mix in the tomato/pepper sauce from the blender
Heat your tortillas on the stove
Top with the mushroom tomato mixture from the pan
Add chopped onions, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime
