Veggie Skinny Pesto Orzo Bake




Recipe:


  • Bake broccolini, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and lemon at 400 F

  • Cook orzo according to package instructions

  • Mix in lemon juice and olive oil into the orzo once cooked

  • Plate the veggie/feta bake on a bed of orzo and top with a spoonful of our Skinny Pesto

  • Squeeze with extra lemon, enjoy!
