Recipe: Combine the following ingredients in a bowl
2/3 cup cooked orzo
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup cucumber, quartered
1/4 cup chickpeas
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives
Mix in 2 tablespoons Skinny Pesto
Sprinkle with crumbled feta (optional), enjoy!
