Skinny Pesto Orzo Pasta Salad



Recipe: Combine the following ingredients in a bowl


  • 2/3 cup cooked orzo

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, quartered

  • 1/4 cup chickpeas

  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion

  • 2 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives

  • Mix in 2 tablespoons Skinny Pesto

  • Sprinkle with crumbled feta (optional), enjoy!
